Information on exercising the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you take possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grażyna Osiecka-Jaśkiewicz, Szczęśliwicka 68/5, 02-535 Warsaw, Poland, grazyna.osiecka@gmail.com, telephone: 609513532) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you after receipt of the goods, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please send the item back to us, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
