My mother at work

Today, as you can guess from the title ” My mother at work”, the entry will have a loose character. The author of the entry is me, Majka - the daughter of Grażyna Osiecka.

Mum and me on a trip

My mother works from home every day because she runs a shop www.gofashiondesigner.com. She mainly designs and sews etiquettes, scarves from organic fur. Even so, she often goes out, for example, to pick up materials for the wholesaler or for the sessions she loves to organise, and I often help her with this. And so I spend a lot of time with her. Sometimes we draw, sew and play board games together. We go out for walks with our dog, then we talk about my mum's job or my plans for the profession I want to pursue in the future.

What do I think of my mother's work?

I'm proud of my mum for making my dreams come true. She was the one who encouraged me to do what I enjoy now and what I am good at. It doesn't bother me that my mum often gets caught up in a hurricane of work or that there are many fabric bales, hangers and mannequins in the house. The important thing is that she wants to grow and move towards the goals of her business.

My mother at work

My mother always consults her entries and other choices with relatives. Of course, sometimes she does fittings on me, such as for cloaks for communion, although I don't like that particular one. Mum always takes my opinion into account.

My mother is the best!

I love sewing, drawing and playing games. I do all this with my mum. My mum always gives me honest advice for my drawings and motivates me to do things. What I love most is going out shopping with her, but especially to the park for an ice cream to Hello Serena, which we both love. My mother often takes me to various exhibitions at museums and gallery openings. We talk a lot and tell each other about our ideas.

I hope my mum will be even more successful and all her dreams will come true.

Best wishes to Majka

How about a long bridal skirt? Such a long bridal bedspread a'la waistcoat would work well with boho styling, but also with classic styling. I would even venture to say that this long waistcoat will also look beautiful paired with a minimalist dress.

Fur scarf and the 1920s

The 1920s The fur scarf was a must-have accessory in the fashion of the 1920s and 1930s. Back then, they were natural fur scarves, an indication of the wealth of the person wearing them. Nowadays, natural fur has been replaced by artificial fur, for humanitarian reasons. I have written about this before and I encourage you to read this popular post .

Accessories for your wedding dress

Etole i szale  z futra- dodatki do sukni ślubnej ….. i nie tylko Lata 20 lata 30… To moja ulubiona „rewolucja” w modzie. To czasy kiedy kobiety zrzuciły gorset, ciężkie  suknie, nie wspominając o fryzurach. I  zaczęło się…..zwiewne sukienki z obniżonym stanem przed kolano, krótkie włosy, albo upięte na gładko.
